Reduce the impact of violent vibration of the environment and the pulse of the medium on the instrument, and the indication of the shock-resistant pressure gauge is stable and clear.
Structural principle:
The shock-resistant pressure gauge is composed of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, current limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a digital display device (pointer and dial) and a casing (including watch case, watch cover, watch glass, etc.).
The shell of the shock-resistant pressure gauge is an air-tight structure, and the damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) is filled in the shell, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation of the medium pressure.
The accuracy grade of the pressure gauge refers to the percentage of the allowable error of the pressure gauge to the full scale.
For example, a pressure gauge with a full scale of 100Mpa and an accuracy level of 1.6 has an allowable error of 100Mpa1.6 percent =±1.6Mpa.
If the accuracy level is 1.5, its allowable error is 100Mpa1.5 percent =±1.5Mpa.
According to the current national standard for pressure gauges GB/T1226-2001 "General Pressure Gauge", the accuracy level is 1.6, and the allowable error of the 1.5-level pressure gauge in use is calculated according to 1.6 level, and the accuracy level can not be changed.
